SPYGLASS 2 SED LOCK HDD

Hi there, we have got this hard disk of spyglass 2, and when i try to unlock SED rom file, the PC3000 software pops up a warning windows, saying, Access violation at address 00000000D256B43 in module, PCWDCM1.DLL
tried restart the program multiple times, and the problem is still the same, what can i do here?

Please provide more information.
Please write back - exactly - what disk (model) it is, what you did (step by step) and what version of PC3K you have.
It would be good if you attached an image of the rom (.bin file).
