WD20SDRW can't write module

I have head damaged WD20SDRW-11VUUS0 disk.
Head swap and using SATA PCB all resource file's backuped.
Can't edit and write module. Solve slow resp ok! after power on not changed.
Need help!

Its generally not advisable to perform slow responding on SMR drives via the SA.
Can you write it in RAM?

Write Slow resp in ram self restarting not changeable.

Seems like the new heads may not be compatible.
Or there is some SA media damage.
Do you have LBA access?
