Support for Helium firmware (WD or Seagate)

Hello,
We've been receiving more and more helium cases for data recovery. While we have made much progress in the physical repair process including introducing helium back into the enclosure, we are limited to what can be accomplished because of firmware support. I would like to know from ACELab or any other reputable company with experience on these type of hard drives what progress has been made on supporting these families? Other than reading bad sectors obviously.
