VeniceR 4 TB with 3 platter - donor from a 6 TB ?

Hello, i have this patient (VeniceR): WD40EMAZ-11LW3B0 but is rare, it has in-fact 3 platters instead of 2 ( 6 heads, 5 in use ).
So i used this donor (VeniceR): WD60EDAZ-11u78B0
The patient do not calibrate at all and click and power off.
I re-swapped back the heads to donor, and donor is in perfect shape.
So now 2 scenario open:
1) the 6 TB is not compatible with the 4 TB
2) the surfaces of the 4 TB are demaged
unfortunatly this hdd come froma failed attempt of another DR company and i can't check the native heads.
it's a nightmare to find a VeniceR 4TB as donor with 3 platters!
