Customer brought this drive in and its been removed from its WD USB enclosure. Looks like we have no support for this drive yet. This drive spins up and has faint clicking before it comes ready with full ID but there is no data access.

Are there any suggestions with solving these drives? Will we need the USB pcb to unlock security features?

This is a Hitachi (HGST) He drive, not WD. It's not supported by PC-3000 and not many DR labs can handle He drives.

Can anyone recommend a place that works with success on He drives like this one?

Hi Thomas, you can come to us if the drive has SA problems
We don't do heads at the moment though.
