WDC WD80EDAZ-11TA3A0 3.5 " Techno key error device error ?

I can not english well

I have a WDC WD80EDAZ-11TA3A0 8tb 3.5" hdd drive but when i press the "autodetect" then
i see this message " Techno key error Detected: " success" so i can not go to next......
who have a experence solve this probleam?
I'd apperciate if someone help me !

this is HGST drive and for now is not supported in PC3K as far as I am aware

I Have the same Model WD80EDAZ-11TA3A0 I but have problem in PCB Spindle CHIP Smooth, Drive not S pining at all , but there is ticking sound like staked head . the measurements of Spindle motor Coils are corret, TVS diods i good
first pin of spindle motor POD contact measure nothing three othe legs measure 538.
is there any suggesting?
