We observed, once we try to read secondary translator, it takes too much time after reading around 30-35% area, should we stop reading further?
I noticed, it happens on all hdd even in a 100% good new hdd.

sometimes there are unformatted areas in the translator module but the most important part is further, so don't stop reading.

We were never able to read full module, the utility takes infinite time to read the module even tried ticking "ignore read error". Often the module read remains incomplete. Also the utility freezes in different area, had to close the pc3k utility by force.

It happens in all hdd, even in brand new hdd.

in what extent should we read it? If it fails to read

shahi, try to send Soft Reset when the module reading hangs.

Thanks Maxim, it is noticed, Utility shows NOT RESPONDING.

Upto What percentage of reading preferred, its a big in size as well
