Western Digital Drive WD2500AAJS-75M0A0 donot showing its drive information in PC-3000. Kindly advice . Thanks

Please give us more information about the drive.
Was it dropped?
Does the drive keep on spinning, or does it click and shut down?

Does the drive keep on spinning, or does it click and shut down?
Yes drive is spinning and clicking and also detects in ready state but its model, serial no and description not showing in the software

M0A0 are usually head flippers. I always open these if they are clicking.
