WD10EADS error when uploading loader

Hello.

I have a western digital HDD that I am working on now.
I have physically cut head 2 due to a large circular scraper.

But when I try to upload the loader, I get this error (see photos)
Does that mean other heads can be dead too? or something else?

I tried and inspected the heads under a microscope and could not see with my eyes any damage to them

try other loader of same version.
Can you upload dir to ram from SA - maybe native overlay will read OK so you can use native loader.
Other option is hotswap, or use non native ROM and corresponding loader.

What are symptoms you see?

Usually this message means non-compatible donoir overlay. Look for another loaders.
