Can someone provide detailed instructions on how to do an LDR Upload and will it help fix the issues under Service area?

Here is the output that prompted me to seek help:

caputlatinum, It's a Pinnacle drive, so I moved the topic to Marvell.

The loader will not help if heads are bad.
Try to edit the head map in RAM: http://blog.acelab.eu.com/ram-head- ... -case.html
