Anyone know the difference between yellow and blue label USB WD drives?

They are both USB and and seem suitable for HSA replacement with FBlite.
Is there a difference?

If family and preamp match, I would say Malaysia ran out of blue labels.
So no difference.

What he said ^^ is correct.

Plus, the left one is a recertified drive.
