It works fine with the WD terminal adapter.

my bad, dont have WD terminal adapter, still using Toshiba.
Its time to get those new terminals.

today i got comaptible SATA pcb for this drive, ROM chip on SATA PCB is different in shape and in size (512KB) whereas the ROM of patient is 256KB.
my question is is it safe to write the patient rom after pading zeros at the end of it and make size 512KB ?? has anyone tested it ?

USB PCB IS: 2060-771859-000
SATA PCB : 2060-771852-004

or i should simply move ROM chip to donor SATA PCB.
