I have a WD Elements WD 1TB WD10JMVW. When it plugged through USB the drive is spinning fine however the lights on the usb drive flashing and the drive never got recognized

With the PCB 2060-771961-001 REV B
I swapped the PCB with the donor 2060-771960-000 REV A. Swapped the BIOS also

I have looked through the PCB Compatibility before swapping the PCB over. So in theory it should be working

Starting up the drive the DRD and DSC lights up like normal
However when i get into PC3000 Auto Detection The BSY lights came up and never turns off.

What should i do???

Did you check relo-list?

Short TV9 and TV10. SA is bypassed. This will put drive in ready state and should allow for auto detection.

Did You mean checking relo-list on Doner PCB before swapping???

No. I mean run in kernel and check relo-list. Read the article on ACE blog.

Just to be sure: you kept points shorted until drive came ready? This should have put the drive into kernel mode allowing for detection. Alternative: isolate heads; enter kernel mode; block SA. Then remove isolation and re-start.
