Slow responding issue on Palmer or Charger

Slow responding issue on Palmer or Charger
Does the Solve the slow responding problem fix in PC3k work on the Palmer Families? It seems that manually zeroing out the same parts of Mod02 and Mod32 doesn't have the same effect as it did on the previous families.
Re: Slow responding issue on Palmer or Charger
You shouldn't apply slow responding fix to SMR drives like Palmer, Charger, Spyglass etc.
The SA structure is not the same and you can create a lot of trouble by doing this.
(to me, Ace should disable this option for specific families).

Re: Slow responding issue on Palmer or Charger
Do these families get the slow issue or something similar? I have a palmer drive that is reading very slowly on all heads on all parts of the drive, but yet to encounter a sector that can't be read. Seems like classic slow issue behavior.
