Segate Drive Is Lost Reading sectors While Copying

hello Everyone
I have A Case Of Seagate 500 Slim 2.5 After Become Ready While I Want To Copy Any Folder of it The Drive is Losing The Reading .. up To Power off And Power
Can Anyone Guide Me That How To Image of Copy The Data From it ??

What model? Momentus Thin (ST500LT012) are notorious for heads being bent/damaged upon impact. The drive can still read the service area but not user area.
What does the terminal show when you try to read user area?
If you see output like TRACK_OFFSET_RETRY, PREAMP_FAST_RETRY, SERVO_COAST_RETRY then at least one head is having a difficult time tracking and you will probably need to perform a head swap.
If terminal shows different info then post terminal output during read attempt.
This is all just a guess based on previous cases until you post more details :)
