ST8000AS002 DEAD PCB HELP

Hello,
So I have a ST8000AS002 Archive HDD. The drive is dead, doesnt spin. This is my first time working on this model. I have attached a picture of the PCB.
I have a donor PCB on the way.. in the mean time can anyone point me to a possibly failed transistor? I am not sure where it is located on this particular model; worked like a charm in the past (in other models that I am familiar) simply by un-soldering it.
