ST4000DX002 Diagnostic Port Locked

Wondering if anyone has been able to get around the Diagnostic Port Lock issue with this drive?

The drive IDs in PC3K, its able to clone in Data Extractor, but extremely slow. At its current cloning rate, it would take a little over a year and a half to complete
Was trying to see if the drive has a media cache issue, but so far I can't get any access to the service area.
