I got the same error after replacing with working head also.

It is spinning some time and spin down with original pcb.

But it is spinning normal with another pcb with same firmware. Terminal log showing as follows

Remove the heads and inspect them under a microscope if you find platter dust that platter is the culprit then totally different approach for this ,On the other hand if any acelab rep can solve this in firmware it will be awesome

Did you try putting the heads back into the donor to see if they are still good? Could be just a heads killer.

Hello,

Set a patient heads into the patient drive.
Then change Max Heads value in ROM to "0".
Write modified ROM in to the drive and re-power it, check a drive behavior.
(Don't forget to make a backup of original ROM before any modifications).

Also, pay attention to the surface and case inside - is it clean, with out any dust/scratches?

Hello Fllipp ,
I have tried this in few Seagate's fillipp , Some drives do boot just once or twice ,Then they refuse to i do not know why ,Might be they are just on the verge of dying

Man, got the exactly the same problem. The HDD keeps throttling for like 6 times then it powers down. Change heads exactly the same thing. All now comes is to the PCB. Tried changing PCB, changing BIOS and stuff. No cure. SAD

Sometimes it's just too much damage to the SA and nothing can be done. Not every case is a win in this game.
