What is drive family of Seagate ST1000LM035?

Hi,

This drive ST1000LM035 (P/N: 1RK172-568 F/W: SBM3 WU W93 Seagate 1TB) has terminal diagnostic port locked. If anybody can inform the drive family please.

Is it possible to recover this drive through PC3000?
the terminal diagnostic port is locked.
