This drive got water damaged. We changed the PCB and inspected the inside of the drive to be clean. Need assistance as it stays 0mb and can't access data.

First, check serial displayed at ID matches that on the chassis and label of the drive.
I guess it will be good match as firmware tables load, so you should also get T> access. There is no additional defect lists to concern you so rebuild translator over terminal with 'm' command.
Restart drive. If symptoms persist and 0mb is still present, run 'm' command at terminal to clear terminal, once completed do not restart drive. Press 'CTRL+T' to enter ESLIP mode. Refresh ID and check if capacity is restored.
