ST500LM000 f/W DEMD NOT SPINNING DEAD

Dear Friends ,
I received ST500LM000 f/W DEMD ,I connected to Power supply it is dead ,No sound , i got donor PCBA and i replaced the rom chip but still death ,No sound ...i tried without changing rom from donor pcba (not original rom ) it is rotating ,Heads also working fine ...any solution for this
