New seri seagate desktop hdd is terminal locked
i can get F3 T> diagnostic port locked
only working clear smart and clear NRG command
how to access terminal???
any solution for this problem??

I don't believe there is a solution for this yet. We're all still waiting for Ace to figure it out.

Hi Folks,
I have got the same drive with no access to the firmware.
I can't read the firmware and can't even build head map for imaging.
Is the FW access is locked for these drives?
No solutions from ACE Labs yet?

It seems that the latest version can deal with that kind of problems.
Have you updated the software?
