Spin Down is always Head issue?

Hello All,

I have one query , spin down after power ON is always head bad issue ?

Well,
In seagate i am not sure but in WDC i would say so mostly .It could be some other issue also like overlay module bad or directory area not found but in that case many times it just keeps spinning .It Depends is there a case you have with you right now if yes i would like to have a look via teamviewer

Basically yes.. if drive have 11 times clicks - then problem with Heads.
For all other cases need to take a look terminal messages.
Approx 99% cases with spin down behavior have a hardware issue (heads/surface/pcb) also can be problem with the ROM chip/ROM img.
