Seagate ST2000LM007 Full ID, but BSY after 1 sector READ

Hi everyone, need your help
I got this ST2000LM007, readies up fine, Unlock Tech is fine and got full ID. No clicking no noises
I got the full Module Backup. As soon as i read 1 sector in Sector Edit the drive becomes BSY and the terminal dumps out a whole bunch of stuff

As soon as I read a sector. The driver Stuck in BSY
Terminal sends a bunch of codes
