Seagate ST6000DM004 cannot change Head Map

I have a Seagate ST6000DM004 drive with bad platter 08. Most upper platter
But in the ROM, RAM I CANNOT, I DON'T SEE ANY BUTTONS OR OPTIONS TO CHANGE HEAD MAPS
WHY IS THAT ACELABS???
I Changed the heads. I know the platter 08 is damaged so i need to turn off heads 08. But i don't see any buttons PHY HEAD, HEADS MAP, CHANGE SAP in ROM EDITING
AND CANNOT EDIT ANYTHINF IN RAM
