Support request for unlock seagate rosewood hard disk.

Dear Friends,
please help to me unlock this hard disk,
please see attachment pictures.
This customer uses the tool that comes with the Seagate hard drive to lock this password. But the password is forgotten.

As far as I know, the pc-3000 is not capable of decrypting drives. The password must be known as there are no brute force capabilities for this.

I'm curious, what if customer know password but when connect device it say "Unlocker device not found" and we can not unlock it, even PC-3000 see drive with secure drive (locked) and I can find any command to unlock it. Also it seem when drive locked PC-3000 will see remaining sector as "00 00 00"
What should we with this case ?

Its a SED drive. You can go to "TCG Opal" menu and confirm it. Must be a certain partition, which is open and decrypted as soon as correct pwd is provided.

It SED drive. I have go to TCG Opal menu and it say enter password, unfortunaly it seem HDD can not find MSID: and gor error
Supported security protocol list........ : 00, 01, 02, EE
OPAL: Preparation....................... : Get default password; Get table (1); Session command sending; Status code: TPer mail function (0x0F)
When enter Password it got error.
Set MBR done (1)........................ : Set locking SP value; Session stop; Session command sending; Response length is 0
OPAL: Unlock (MBR)...................... : Operation aborted
Is it impossible to decrypt if MSID damage ?
