Hello Guys!
I can't unlock ATA and Terminal modes. Need to selecting head read, back-up SYS files.

Terminal outputs:
Switching HDD power supply ON
Family ID by HDD ID: 70
Selected Family ID: 70
Unlocking Diag Mode (terminal)...
Error unlocking Diag Mode: Terminal : reply timeout error
Selected family......................... : 70, Lombard
Model by ID............................. : ST4000DM004-2CV104

Loading default settings!
Use the options dialog to review and save utility settings.
Then press OK!

ATA mode:

HDD family detecting...


Family ID: 70

WARNING! Possibly Diag Mode of this HDD is locked!
For this case try to use unlocking abilities of utility.
