ROM Read Issue and donor compatability on Rosewood A5 ST2000LM007 Drive

EDITED TO BETTER REFLECT TO FULL CASE:
Obviously wish I would have tried to get the ROM first but it was an obvious head crash (Head 1 & 3). Inspected and saw a lift on 0 and a slight lift on 2.

Put donor heads back in donor drive and check if working, did you check preamp?

Thanks Allan! (im assuming its not an employee) Preamp of donor is C2 12. here's the dump. Is there any way to get the preamp type of the patient without working heads? or is this just a try it until it works situation? Apricate your replies!

You can check if preamp is default or alternative in F3 utility.
Launch F3 and select family.
Tools > Utility > Work with Flash ROM image file
Load ROM from file or read from PCB
Click "Show information" button
In the SAP section you will find "Head vendor.............. :" can be "default" or "Alternativ"
