I Have this hard drive came from imac

drive is
Model : ST3000DM001
Serial : Z1F5J36J
Firmware : AP19
Capacity : 4 GB (8 089 950)

i do not recall any seagate terminal

can i use toshiba for this or no please help

No, Toshiba adapter will not work. Seagate terminal will also not fix your problem. Most probably heads are dead.
