Hello Igen,

do short point method and get terminal access first.

Thanks DRCSL for quick answer

Unfortunately - after a short circuit, have a dozen minutes of messages (in the terminal) and again the LED.....

Previously, the disk worked - but it took a long time to boot (with or without patch) and I could not (temporarily) make a copy in DE.
I couldn't make a full copy of SYSfile.
I only have 348 - after overwriting this I have this state .....

One more thing.
The heads are rather functional - no abnormal sounds.
I mapped around 30 GB of data in DE without errors.
Maybe problem with surface in area MC....

Problem solved

1. Tech Mode Unlocking bios patch uploaded
2.After a power reset, we must prepare - tweezers
3. Run the patch
4.We wait for the "PASS" message to appear - exactly then - not later and not faster - at this moment make a short tweezer (fot.).
If we do it too early, we will not have access to SA - if it is too late, the LED message will appear.
We keep a short tweezer until DRD DSC appears. Now - we have full detection - but we don't have access to the data
5. Edit sysfile 93 - uncheck all except first and last option (media cache) position (fot.).
Restart hdd and repeat the disk startup procedure above (short-circuit points).
6. Copy of the full zone with NGR.
7. Translator regeneration (!!!)
After that, the disk starts to boot normally (with the patch) and we have access to the first sectors of the disk (without the end of the disk)
8. Uploading the original PList, Translator modules and NGR list.

Finally - after restart - the disk boots normally and we have access to all area of the data.

In my case, the problem was damage MCMT, which resulted incorrect operation of the translator.
99% data recovered (except MCMT).

Below photos with sysfile 93 uncheck leave and short points.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY OF DOING THINGS.

You just killed whatever was inside Media Cache.

Dear @northwind,

You are absolutely right.
But in my case (broken translator and MC + LED) I couldn't do anything else.
So I got 9X% of what I could ....
