HP Secure Hard Disk

Dear Team ,
I have received Seagate 500 GB yarrax family ,Which showing Model HP Secure Hard Disk ,All modules are access good ,But not able to read user area ,given error
ERR ABR

Please guide me to recover the data

What a registers lights after sector access attempt?
Did you disable background reallocation processes?

lights , ERR ABR Error lights bink while i attempt read sector ,Yes i disable reallocation processes. kindly guide me further

There is no ATA password? You see any additional info in terminal after sector access attempt like sense code error?

There are no obvious errors that I can see here, you are sure is not some ATA lock on the HDD?
