ST1000LX015-SSHD Motor doesn't spin up.

Hello,
I Have Seagate ST1000LX015-SSHD Hard disk,
terminal showing " LED:0x000000BD FAddr:0x000059D8 " Motor doesn't spin up, drive stays BUSY.
but already done a backup of ROM,
Having solution for this ?

DRCSL, SSHD Rosewood drives are currently unsupported due to their ROM and NAND peculiarities. ACE Lab developers are looking for safe ways to work with such drives.

For this moment there are still no safe solution. Or wait (at least few more months) or try to find an outsource specialist that is close to your location. There are some in almost each country

There is a guy in Russia who can do these remotely at a very reasonable price, in my opinion.

How did they resolved? Did they modify the Rom or something else?
