ST4000LM024-2AN17V - No data Access

Hi Guys,
I've got a ST4000LM024-2AN17V drive that came in with bad heads but no obvious media damage.
I swapped the Heads successfully and the drive started very slow and not completely but i managed to get to the terminal after a while and created backup of the SA. at this stage still not id. I executed the U10 command and still no proper id., i modified mod pages and unticked all items other than Media Cache but result still the same, and then checked V40 command to check NGLIST and it was empty, so executed the m,6,3 cmd which executed properly and after restart, the drive id's good and i can enter the utility properly, but still no access to the data area, i am getting ABR err every time i'm trying to access a data sector. Reading data though disk utility works, so most likely its a firmware issue.
Did you experience a similar case? where do you think the corruption is?
I attached the current startup log from the terminal.
I am assuming it relates to the following error:
SP213: Restore: EXCEPTION: Scratch Pad Restore Failed, the MS may contain errors
Thanks Guys
