Seagate (FireCuda) Rosewood ST1000LX015 Patched Rom Not working

I have Seagate ST1000LX015 similar to Rosewood hard drive.
Firecuda 1TB
Firmware: SHM3
DOM 06JUL2018

HDD Shows Diagnostic port locked.

I have Patched rom. But no effect of patch.

Attached the patched rom.

How to resolve it?

SSHD Rosewood drives are not supported by PC-3000 now.
No possibility to get firmware access.
