Hi all
I have here a Seagate IronWolf 10TB.
Can someone tell me to which family this drive belongs?
After Utility start everytime "F3" is selected. On list of the supported drives i cat find...
Maybe this drive is not supported?

I have the newest Version of PC3k, but cannot find Family "Tatsu".

Tatsu is a Seagate family.

That does not mean it's not Tatsu doesn't it?

Yes you are right. That not mean it's not Tatsu.
But when PC3k not support "Tatsu" Family, i can not select this Family at utility start, and as follows not wrking with the firmware.
