Customer data missing?

Hi,
I am working ST1000LM014 drive job at now.
It had Stiction and remove it, come ready and got image 100%.
So I used DE and 100% saved customer files on our server. Customer's User ID found but can not find any customer's data in it.
If NAND chip broken, this situation happened? or something else?
