Bump for solution, I have the same issue.

I assume you were not able to get to F3 prompt after hitting ctrl-z. Short the read channel so you can get to F3>T prompt. This will take some patience and good timing. Hit ctrl-z a couple times while shorting. You may have to let a long string of messages scroll by before you get to the prompt. Once you have the prompt read the last 32 commands to see where the error(s) are. Good idea to start by unchecking SMP flags in file 93.
