What screwdriver to opening ST1000LM035 ?

We search how to open the Seagate "mobile HDDs". The screw behind the label is not a Torx. See the following pictures:



Do you know what screwdriver we need?

This is a pentalobe screw. I have seen the HSA and ramp screw on Seagate mobile HDDs are pentalobe but the metal cover screws were still torx.

its a pentalobe 1.5mm not pentalobe 1.2mm ,Little Rare To Find ,German Brands are best

Edit : Its Not 1.5mm and also Not 1.2mm .Though Only 1.2mm Screwdriver in pentalobe will fit into this but i think Seagate has a ODD Size ,It Should be 1.3mm .1.2 mm is a bit loose and 1.5mm does not fit ,What the heck i would say,just like in platter they use T7 in many HDDs odd size

What does it mean in your picture where it says' "not for cover" (magnet) ?

It means it's not part of the cover, it holds down the magnet for the heads.
You don't need to remove it, unless your doing a transplant.

ah, I thought you were implying the screw somehow had magnetic properties.

They also use this screw on the cover on the Seagate 5TB ST5000LM000, although it is a bit bigger.
Maybe it's a 1.5mm for the ST5000LM000? Anyone know?
