ST2000LM007-1R8174 Update Mask BSY upon any command

Hi,
I have this drive
Model : ST2000LM007-1R8174 after unlock, it is able to read the HDD ID.
BSY whenever i click any command.
It wont read any sector.can't backup modules.need help recovering files.

Well,
Unlock Terminal first then take backup of SA ,Do not try any stunts like you do in F3 series Seagates .

i already follow the steps in

to unlock the terminal.

i think there's head problem with the drive, i perform the same unlock procedure to another ST2000LM007 it can be unlock. but it's facing translator issue(maybe).
can you please help me on that case?
