ST31000528AS bad HDD ID, no access terminal and clicking

Hello,

I tried to recovery data on this Sea HDD F3:

In first step, I do a diagnostic

I have tried to swap pcb with patient ROM but same things. Now I'm not sure what to do.

1/ Find Donor and do exchange head because hard drive is clicking
or
2/Resolved HDD ID problems, But don't know what to do exactly.

Id is made rom ROM since SA cannot read - clicking and this ID suggests internal damage, confirmed by shutting down of motor on DSC DRD status? Also, this model is common for internal media damage (in my experience more-so because of apple logo )

You can get this diagnosed at a number of recovery companies who can treat it carefully and attempt to recovery data from it assuming internal damage is minimal or not present. I think this is 100% beyond any hope of repair/recovery outside of a specialist company.
