ST2000DM001 2TB BUSY on ID attempt

Someone made a post about this a while back.. was wondering if there is a solution:

I noticed that I get a second of functionality after power-up. I managed to EDIT HDD ID. Disable all but extra diag options but it didnt help me (media cache etc). Was still busy , but with a lot more stuff in terminal . namely this :
