Maxim ,
I have never had a case in seagate were i need to use a loader ,In TS and otherwise do they use these quite a lot and if yes in what scenarios

The solution depends on drive condition. If heads are good, it might be possible to load the loader from same FW backup and get data access. More details about Old Seagate architecture are in manual in update box https://update.acelab.ru/
