'Buzz' and 'Spinup error' at your logs suggests to me that heads may be stuck to platter or motor could be bad (siezed spindle is common in such families)

when you power do you feel HDD power and heads engage? I think it will remain idle even after power. Check for any abnormal noises coming from HDD as it is powered, generally bad spindles and heads stuck to platters will emit some audible sound that can assist with diagnosis on this.

I do not understand what you mean.

I would advise you open the disk under relevant work environment and check it for both stiction or siezed spindle, then deal with it accordingly.
