Error setting up protection block

Hi all,
i have here a ST9100828A with symptoms like pending bug.
Having try another PCB. - not succesful.
Swapping heads. - Same Problem.

Now i tryed "HDD initializion with head map changing in RAM", the result a window with *Error Setting up Protection Block*...
I think this was solved in prior Versions of DE, before any years??
Any sugestions?

Have you checked heads?
It's doesn't seem you have the pending bug here....

Yes i having swapped the heads with same result. Also i changed the PCB, -with same Problem.

Have you checked heads under microscope to check for media damage?

Yes shure, and i have tested the Patient heads in donor drive. Reading without Problem.
I think it is a Firmware Problem, but what??
e.g when i try to save the ROM, after a while i see this: Terminal : error switching to MOS
