ST3500630AS Pending Bug Fix makes certain heads not read

So I have a ST3500630AS with what appears to have a pending bug issue.

After I apply the fix I can read perfectly fine except head 1 and 4 wont read AT ALL. Which is strange because they read fine if I DONT apply the pending bug fix. I even tried reading exactly same sector to make sure its not a bad sector..

Could it be degraded heads (I have donor on the way) or it something else? Just very strange because as I said ALL heads read the same if I dont apply the pending fix and then 1 & 4 wont read at all after applying a pending fix.

Did you modify the RAM head map when upload App code?

In The Blog Article Its Prohibited To Change Head MAP If We Have To Solve The Pending Bug Issue .I Would Expect Some More Blog Articles On ST10 Series Firmware Architecture And Some Terminal Commands Also

I havent modified anything.. I saved/made the LDR and then used it to apply the pending fix. Had no reason to modify the head map.. should I have?
