Hi Waleed,
Seems Like This is Some HP "Hewlett Packard " Firmware And Not Seagate Once .Ask TS Staff How Can The solve This ,Might Be First Flashing It with Seagate Firmware .But i am Hopeful you Can Read Rom In Boot Short Mode

Hello,
This is Seagate F3 drive with locket terminal commands.
New version allows to recover data from these drives.
