ROM Modules:
ROM version............................. : 21.2CH
ROM F/W version......................... : 0021002C
Overlay F/W version..................... : 21.2CH
Servo F/W version....................... : N0.38


I tryed with:
- Overlay F/W version..................... : 21.2FH

...but it does not work so I need Overlay F/W version 21.CH.

If someone is willing to take a look in attachment there is original ROM that gives me error:
Read ROM................................ : Module ID 20B reading error Data request error Device Error Detected: "FM ERR CHECKSUM"

...nevermind, I got it working with 21.2FH Overlay FW. imaging disk in progress...
