This is version you need. Did you try to short read channels to get SA access by ID? This will allow you to read off #11 and then you have a loader. Or at least can help identify the problem

short read channels is it ( logging in normal mode changing spt dir ?)
if it is i tried
stil have the same message still want ldr update i try it by seaching database i load another id with
the space of 14gb .

I dont have this version to send you, but shorting and entering SPT should give some access or some better indication of the problem

It means there is very good chance that you have problem with drive mechanics (heads)
