hi everybody,
i have a model WDcaviar WD205AA-00BAA0 . original Rom chip is missing (burnt) . i tried to swap the board with the model WD153AA. hdd is detecting but wrong id. it shows WD153AA id . after i can read modules and tracks. but canot access any sectors. pc3k utility (WD old caviar models) dont have any option to write ROM . so how can i write rom to this models . i dont have the rom for above model.
