Drive was dead not spining on visual inspection one of the chips smoothie seems like had crack or chipped
I replaced the pcb board with another Maxtor Drive

after pcb board is replaced Drive make beeping noise

I also checked the plater is running fine not jammed

you think head might be stuck

I did not transfer the rom in this case from patient to donor drive

You do not need to transfer ROM on these.

Probably there is a problem with the motor - by beeping noise do you mean a sort of 'tune' that repeats every few seconds?
